O cassino blaze e Jonbet não estão pagando os afiliados a mais de 6 meses. Sou advogada e procurei os responsáveis pela empresa para saber porque não estão pagando seus afiliados. Só que até a presente data não obtive nenhuma resposta. Creio que uma empresa assim não pode participar de eventos da sigma pois não estão dentro da Lei

Bom dia, obrigada pelo retorno. Mas até a presente data o cassino não resolveu o problema dos afiliados. Estão sem receber até a presente data. No painel consta como pago, mas na verdade não foi pago pelo cassino. Enviei vários e-mails sem resposta até hoje.

We assume that your client has a clearly defined agreement with the operators in question, together with supporting evidence of traffic and unpaid revenues. These elements may serve as the basis for pursuing a commercial claim through the relevant courts.
Please note that our role as mediator through our ADR Service is strictly limited to handling disputes between operators and players. We are not empowered to intervene in matters relating to commercial agreements. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to take any further action on your behalf or on behalf of your client.
