My withdrawals are delayed for more than 2 months. Between 29th November 2021 and 3rd January I requested 5 withdrawals of which 4 are marked as cancelled but they explained to me that payments will be released manually and money was deducted from my balance, and one (from 3rd January) which is still pending. Total amount of money from this requests mentioned above is 4152€.
Most of the time their support ignores my emails, first email from Payments Team I received after 2 months. Live chat agents don't provide me any specific information, just repeating that my funds will be transferred soon and that they will transfer my issue to the Technical and Payments team. Since November I received two emails from their Payments Team: one from 4th February with information that all my requested withdrawals will be processed within the
next 48hours, but I didn't receive any funds; and second on 18th February in which they claim that they have some technical
difficulties that should be resolved soon and then I will receive my money.
I don't want to put the casino in a bad light, I just want to receive my funds that I am entitled to.
