They just telling me excuses all the time. Anyone who plays online casino shouldnt wait 9 month their withdraw this is just ridicilous. And best thing is almost 2 months ago some chat agent said my withdraw has gone old?? what casino this happens so wierd and big red flag. And then we did 2000€ withdraw again and then they just telling me always when i go chat that they send reminders to finance department and that my withdraw is going their risk team to handle but nothing happens they just lie all the time.

Please help me ont his one somebody, they just always says my withdraw is under review and i need to be patient but how could i be patient when i have waited already 9 months.

Hello!
Recently, we have received many complaints about Maximal Wins casino, and as a result of it, we have decreased the casino rating.
We got in touch with the casino representative, but unfortunately, they didn't find it necessary to look into the case and respond to the complaint.
Since the casino refuses to cooperate in solving the complaint, we have to close the complaint as "Unresolved".
