Had 600$ in my account and wanted to close the account from my Australian account told them I need this closed and remaining $600 out they disagreed and 48 hours later defused and took my money

Dear ak1999,
We want to clarify the whole situation. Earlier, we received an email stating that you want to close the account due to gambling addiction. The account was immediately blocked upon request and you were notified. However, as we can see, later you create a new account, initiated 3 deposits, activated the bonus for each deposit, and received winnings.
These actions can be considered as a violation of several of our rules, namely: cl. 4.4.b 4.4.5, 4.4.6, 4.5.2 https://www.maxcazino.com/en/static-texts/terms-and-conditions, cl.1.3. https://www.maxcazino.com/en/static-texts/bonus-terms-and-conditions.
Given all the above facts, we were forced to write off your winnings to the amount of your deposits. Please note that you have been informed that your deposit will be refunded when you provide us with your ID and photo of your payment card, but unfortunately we have not yet received the documents.
We emphasize once again that we acted only in accordance with the rules of our policies. Moreover, every player registering on our site agrees to follow our rules. That's why we can't just ignore the terms of the site in the situation with this player.
